I brought my 1994 ford F-250 7.3 IDI in and talked to Jeff the owner about a fuel leak I’ve been trying to get fixed for a couple years, Jeff wasted no time getting my truck back onto the road. He mentioned parts taking up to a week to ship, and sure enough a week later I have the keys and no leaks. Awesome service and I strongly recommend going here!

I rarely leave Google reviews, but when a situation is as extraordinary as the one I had with Zuma, I make an exception. In the middle of a Friday afternoon, I found myself stranded hours from home with a broken alternator in Celina, Ohio. I was in a tough spot. My friends and family were distant and unavailable. There were no rental cars within 60 miles. Towing a car around 175 miles home wasn't feasible. My only option was to take an Uber three hours home then drive another six hours round-trip with someone else to get my car back on Monday. Ryan said he could replace my alternator immediately, but didn't have one available. Nor did Zuma's regular suppliers. Ultimately, Ryan called every AutoZone within in a 60 mile radius until he found an alternator; waited while another customer drove me 2.5 hours round trip to get it; and he stayed two hours late to finish the job. You rarely see a business go so far above and beyond. I'm luckily I stumbled upon Zuma and will be forever grateful.

You don't hear this too much about auto mechanics, but Jeff and his staff are some of the most honest dealers around.

I called to set up an appointment due to my Honda Civic's Honda Sensing features had stopped working. They said to drop it off and they'll look at it and call if they have to do anything that'll cost money. They called in the morning and informed me they don't fix Honda Sensing radar and I'd have to go to a body repair shop or Honda. Ok no problem, right... But when I get there to pick up the car they hand me a $160 diagnostics bill. Had they been upfront about not having the tools to repair the Honda Sensing radar I would've gone elsewhere. Previous to this incident I've had good experiences with Zuma Auto. Just a heads up to people looking for auto repairs.

If they had been clear from the beginning about not having the tools to fix the issue, I would have gone elsewhere. It was frustrating and a waste of time, and I’m confused as to why they didn’t tell me upfront they couldn’t handle the repair. I’ve had good experiences with Zuma Auto in the past, but this was disappointing. Just a heads-up for anyone looking for auto repairs involving driver-assist features.

Me to a local automotive repair shop: "Hi my Honda sensing isn't working even though all the components look fine and the sensors have been cleaned." Local repair shop: "Sure bring it in Friday and we'll check it out. We won't do anything till we call you." Friday morning. Local repair shop: "There's nothing we can do about your radar. You'll need it calibrated at Honda or a body repair shop. Would you like to replace your battery? If not that'll be $160"

When using scan tool there is a diagnostic charge ,we hookup scan tool and check codes, code P2583-76 temporary stop of integrated driver support system (misalignment millimeter wave radar).we raised the car to inspect for damage. left front fog light is also broken from the impact . we advised to call the insurance company to start a claim. feel free to call me . thank you

Top notch location to buy a great used vehicle and the repair facility is excellent

We have used Zuma for a few years. They service our Cadillac and BMW. They have done a great job with all repairs. Have even referred us back to the dealer for things that were covered under warranty. Great service we trust!
